Corporate Group Fitness Training Session

Small group training session for 10-20 people for small to mid-size businesses as part of a wellness program for employees, conducted on-site. Typically a mixture of body weight, cardio, strength training and mindset work for better workplace morale, decreased stress and reduced healthcare costs. $200 (45 mins) Check Availability

Private Group Fitness Training Session

Small group training session for 10-20 people wanting to work out together and share the cost, usually at a private home or park setting. Mostly body weight/HIIT training and some kettlebell work for weight loss and increased muscle tone. Yoga mats are required. $200 (45 mins) Check Availability

The ultimate option in convenience and flexibility.Great for clients who travel frequently or have ever-changing schedules! Online training provides custom options while meeting individual fitness goals for weight loss, increased muscle tone, working towards a specific goal, addressing any specific health conditions or injuries, and accountability using a combination of unique weight training and cardio exercise. FaceTime, Google Chat, and WhatsApp are available. $70 per session (30 min). Check Availability
